According to the recently released results of the spring 2008 Criterion-Reference Competency Tests, the Effingham County School System is once again among the top ranking systems in the state. The rankings, which can be viewed below, are based on the total number of students meeting and or exceeding by grade level and content area. (The number of systems reporting varies because of the different types of state schools and the categories in which they did or did not test.)
