ECCA STEM Students Win Big at InVenture

On Thursday, January 23rd, three student teams from the ECCA STEM program participated in the Georgia Tech Savannah Regional K12 InVenture Prize Competition. The InVenture Prize Competition is similar to the popular television show "Shark Tank." Teams must use the engineering design process to develop a product and create a business plan to manufacture and market the product. This program is an integral part of the curriculum in the Scientific Research 3 course. We are pleased to announce that the ECCA STEM teams placed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the high school division and will advance to the state competition at Georgia Tech Atlanta in March.
