EES PROVIDES TWO TRUCKLOADS OF DONATIONS FOR HURRICANE RELIEF

On October 1st, Ebenezer Elementary School filled up 2 truckloads of donated items for the Bahama Relief Drive. Principal Dana Wright felt this was a wonderful way to teach students about serving others and was thankful to be part of a drive that collected over 3 tons (6000 lbs) of relief aid in just over 4 weeks throughout Coastal Georgia!

Scott Lane of Konecranes headed up the Bahama Relief Drive and shared photos of containers containing all the area donations in transit. He said the items will be inventoried and repacked for the shipping container and shipped to Freeport where they will be distributed directly to the people and to churches who are helping the people of the Abacos.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to this cause!
