The Effingham County School Nutrition Program extends an invitation to bid on the purchase and distribution of large equipment. The items listed in the bid specifications will be awarded based on total bottom line cost. All prices should include delivery fees. The delivery location does not have a loading dock and vendor is responsible for providing a lift gate or fork lift to remove items from delivery vehicle. The winning vendor will be responsible for moving the items into the building, setting up the equipment, removing all trash. Final hookups to be performed by others. Training is expected for school employees. This equipment is for a new build and winning vendor will be expected to store equipment at their facility and ship as needed. The project is expected to be completed July 2026. All bids must include line item description and pricing.

Please note that the bid must be clearly marked IFB EQUIPMENT, Company Name, and Due Date – January 7, 2025. All bids must be received by Tuesday January 7, 2025 at 4:00 P.M.

All sealed bids will be publicly opened in the Effingham County Board of Education School Nutrition Department Office on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at 8:00 A.M.
