Measures to Help Prevent the Spread of Flu:
- 🧼 Wash hands often with soap and warm water. Alcohol-based gels work if soap and water aren’t available.
- 😷 Cough or sneeze into your elbow/arm.
- 🙅♂️ Avoid touching your face (nose, mouth, eyes).
- 🏠 Stay home if you are sick until you are fever-free for at least 24 hours without medicine.
- 🚪 Keep sick individuals away from shared spaces as much as possible.
