Marlow Elementary School Recognized with 2024 SSAS Bronze Award for Greatest Gains 🏅

We are proud to announce that Marlow Elementary School has been named a winner in the 2024 Single Statewide Accountability System (SSAS) Awards, presented by the Governor’s Office of Student Achievement.

Marlow earned a Bronze Award in the “Greatest Gains” category, recognizing schools that exhibit high academic growth over a three-year period. This prestigious award places Marlow Elementary in the top 7% of schools in Georgia for academic growth!

To qualify for the Bronze tier, schools must:

• Rank between the 93rd and 95th percentile statewide in the average CCRPI Progress Score over the last three years;

• Earn a 2024 CCRPI Single Score that is no more than 10 points lower than their 2019 score; and

• Not appear on the 2024 Georgia Promise Scholarship Public School List, nor the Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI) or Targeted Support and Improvement (TSI) lists.

Marlow Elementary is one of only 29 schools in Georgia to receive the 2024 Bronze Award in the Greatest Gains category — and one of 146 schools statewide recognized overall for this level of growth.

This achievement reflects the dedication, collaboration, and hard work of Marlow’s students, teachers, staff, families, and community. We congratulate the entire school community on this incredible honor and thank them for their commitment to excellence in education.
