The Two Rivers Health Clinic is proud to announce a collaboration with the Rincon Noon Lions Club and the Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation (GLLF) to host a Mobile Vision Clinic offering FREE Tele-optometry Eye Exams.
This service is specifically for uninsured and underinsured individuals, ages 10 and up.

The Tele-optometry program delivers comprehensive vision care. You will receive a full eye exam with GLLF clinical staff, followed by a consultation with an optometrist in real-time. A prescription will then be issued.
- Documents Needed: Please bring a Valid ID to your appointment.
- Need Glasses Only? Bring your valid eye prescription if you only need glasses.
- Glasses Cost: Prescription glasses range from $15–$65 (additional cost for cosmetic add-ons).
- Payments Accepted: Cash or Debit/Credit. No insurance accepted.
