Districtwide Food Drive
Effingham County Schools are partnering with Woodmen Life Chapter 1770 to host a districtwide food drive benefiting the Manna House.
September 14–18 Event Dates
Donations Needed
- Rice
- Pasta
- Ramen noodles
- Mac and cheese
- Peanut butter
- Canned vegetables
- Jiffy cornbread mixes
- Non-perishables
Paper goods and boxes of cereal will not be accepted.
How to Participate
📍 Donations can be dropped off at your school during the food drive, September 14–18.
Cash donations are also accepted. One dollar is equivalent to four food items for the purpose of the school competition.
School Competition
Schools will compete for awards based on the most donated items per capita.
🏆 1st Place: $1,000
🥈 2nd Place: $500
