Welcome to South Effingham Middle School's website.  At SEMS, we pride ourselves on the team approach.  We believe that it takes many active participants: parents, administrators, counselors, teachers, and students to help each student achieve their full potential.  Parents are welcome on our campus and are asked to be engaged in each stage of the educational process of their child.  Students are encouraged to take ownership of their education and help in the decision-making process as it relates to their future and the paths they choose for themselves.
