ParentSquare

The Effingham County School District will be transitioning from the Remind app to ParentSquare for all school communication. ParentSquare allows us to connect with families through email, text, and app notifications—all in one unified platform.

An account is automatically created for each parent using their preferred email address and phone number on file in Infinite Campus. We encourage all parents to download the ParentSquare app and log in to update notification preferences so you never miss an important message. Please note that you must sign up for ParentSquare using the email address on file in Infinite Campus.

ParentSquare Register your Account

How to Register Your Account

Go to parentsquare.com/signin to register your ParentSquare account.

  • Parents/Guardians:
    • Register your account by signing in with the email or phone number we have on file in Infinite Campus.
       
  • Faculty/Staff and 6th - 12th grade Students:
    • Click “Sign in with Google” and use your ECSD email account 
      • faculty/staff - yourname@effingham.k12.ga.us
      • students - s.yourname@effingham.k12.ga.us
         
  • Confirm Your Info: You’ll be prompted to verify your name, email, and phone number (pulled from Parent Portal/Infinite Campus).
Incorrect Information

What if Your Information is Incorrect?

  • If anything looks wrong (name, phone, email, etc), please contact your school’s Data Clerk to update your Parent Portal (Infinite Campus) record. 

    Note: It can take up to one business day (an overnight sync) for ParentSquare to reflect any updates/changes. Once that’s done, simply sign out and back in (or refresh) to see the corrected information.
