STARS Daycare Program
STARS - Supports Teachers and Rising Students Early Learning Center is a unique benefit for Effingham County School District (ECSD) employees, offering comprehensive childcare that supports staff by ensuring their little ones receive the best start. Located conveniently at Rincon and Guyton Elementary Schools, the STARS program provides quality care for children aged 6 weeks to 4 years, with extended hours from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm to accommodate busy schedules.
As a part of ECSD’s commitment to its staff, the STARS Early Learning Center focuses on equipping children with the foundational skills needed for a successful transition to formal education. This program emphasizes:
- Implementing Georgia Early Learning and Development Standards to ensure high-quality early education
