Where: Effingham County Gymnasium

Time: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM , Check-in 8:30-9:00

Cost: $75.00

Important Details About the Little Lady Rebels Volleyball Camp:

Campers must be registered by May 29th to be guaranteed a t-shirt.
Walk-ins and payments will be accepted the morning of camp, but participant t-shirts will not be guaranteed. Please bring cash or check (made out to ECHS) to registration the morning of camp.
Campers need to bring a lunch and are encouraged to bring their own water bottle.
Concessions will be sold during camp.
Tennis shoes are required and knee pads are suggested.

Young Rebels Tennis Camp - June 11th-12th

When: June 11th-12th

Where: Effingham County High School Tennis Courts

Time: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM (Daily)

Cost: $50.00

Program Highlights:

Coaching: Our camp is led by the ECHS coaches along with players who have years of experience in tennis.
Skill Development: Whether your child is a beginner or an experienced player, our camp caters to all skill levels. Through a structured curriculum, participants will enhance their technique, footwork, agility, and game strategy.
Interactive Drills: Campers engage in a variety of interactive drills and exercises aimed at improving their forehand, backhand, volleys, serves, and overall court movement. These drills are designed to be both challenging and enjoyable, keeping the players motivated and focused.
Match Play: Campers will have the opportunity to put their skills to the test in friendly match play sessions. This allows them to apply what they've learned in a supportive and encouraging environment, building confidence and sportsmanship.
Fun Activities: Beyond tennis, our camp includes a range of fun activities and games to keep participants entertained and engaged during breaks. From relay races to tennis-themed challenges, there's never a dull moment at our camp!
Team Building: We emphasize the importance of teamwork and camaraderie through various team-building exercises and group activities. Campers will be able to develop friendships while bonding over their shared passion for tennis.
Safe Environment: The safety and well-being of our campers are our top priorities. We maintain a safe and supervised environment at all times, adhering to the highest standards of safety protocols and guidelines.

Age Groups:

Elementary (ages 7-10)
Middle School (ages 11-14) (upcoming 6th-8th graders)

Camper Requirements:

Bring your own tennis racket, sunscreen, & water bottle
Wear appropriate athletic attire
Have a positive attitude ready to learn and have fun!

If your student previously attended STEAM University and is still age-eligible to attend, they are more than welcome to! The activities and field trips will slightly differ from previous years! We will not be offering Vet Science Camp this year, so STEAM University is the ONLY Agriculture Camp option this year!

Camp Reminders

Thursday
- Students will travel to ECCA for their field trip. Students will be off campus from approximately 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM .
Friday - Water Day
- Please send your child to camp with his/her bathing suit on.
- Girls can wear their bathing suits under shorts and a t-shirt with flip-flops or water shoes. The shorts and t-shirt will get wet.
- Boys can wear their bathing suits with a t-shirt and flip-flops or water shoes.
- Please send a towel and a change of clothes.
- Put on sunscreen before your child arrives at school.
- Students will be participating in various water games.
- Parents are invited to camp from 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM to see our Student Showcase of projects we have worked on at camp this week!
