Welcome to Georgia History!  I have been teaching for 14 years and this will be my 11th year teaching at ECMS.  I have a BA in Psychology from Lynchburg College and a Masters Degree in Middle Grades Education with a concentration in Social Studies from Georgia Southern University.

I was born in Savannah, but grew up in New Jersey where I married my husband David 26 years ago. We then moved down to Miami where we lived for 15 years and also had two sons. My oldest son, Zach, is 22 and recently graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Criminal Justice.  My younger son, Trace, is 21 and a senior at the University of Georgia on a Army ROTC scholarship.  We are also the proud parents of two rescue puppies, Sage and Brie.  You could say they are the daughters we never had :)
