• ECMS Summer 2022 Conditioning Schedule

     

    Click on the link to view the summer conditioning schedule.  Please plan on attending as many sessions as possible.  For the month of June,  you will need to wear athletic shorts, a t-shirt, and tennis shoes as we will spend all of our time in the weight room and gym.   For the month of July, you will also need to bring cleats as we will move the conditioning part of the workout to the practice field.
