Mr. Luis E. Branch
Hello,
My name is Dr. Luis E. Branch, and I am proud to be a South Effingham High School Mustang!! I am originally from Panama City, Panama, and was raised in the Bronx, New York, where I graduated from High School. I proudly served as a band director in the United States Army for 20 years. After retiring from the United States Army, I served as an educator for 19 years and 4 years as a school administrator. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Music and Behavior Science Education from Excelsior College, a Master of Education in Instructional Psychology from The University of Oklahoma, an Education Specialist in Educational Leadership Degree from Liberty University, and a Doctor of Education and Ethics from CELA International University.
I have a true passion for working with learners and have vast experience working with students from K-12 grades. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and real-world experience to help each child progress in all areas of their development—academic, social, language, and motor skills. As a Spanish, band, orchestra, and chorus teacher, I always strived to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive, fun environment.
My wife and I are proud parents of 4 children and 7 grandchildren. I look forward to working together with you as partners in your child’s growth and development because every student matters, and every moment counts in your students’ education!!
