Mondays and Thursdays, 4:00PM-4:45PM

Parents, please confirm that your child will attend and that you will pick him/her up from school at 4:45PM.  This confirmation should occur no later than 8:30 AM on the morning of the session.  If the times listed do not work for your schedule, I am willing to adjust to fit your needs.  Just let me know.

Tutoring sessions have several purposes.  Students may receive additional help understanding a topic or they may use the time to complete missing assignments.  Help may also be provided to complete assignments successfully.  

Born and raised in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, I made Effingham County my home in 2015.  My husband is a native of the area and our son is an 8th grader here at ECMS.

I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Education from Clemson University (Go Tigers!) and my Master's Degree in Teacher Leadership from Columbus State University.  Certified to teach elementary school students, I've spent the last 20 years doing just that and helping teachers along the way, also, as an Academic Coach.  

I'm extremely excited about moving to middle school and teaching Science again, a subject that I love.  My sincere hope is that your child enjoys learning Science with me, grows in critical thinking skills, and is able to use his/her learning as he/she moves beyond my classroom.
