• Mr. Sheridan’s Bibliography


    Mr. Sheridan was the first in his family to graduate from High School (Winter Haven High School, Class of 1979), from college and to earn advanced degrees. Mr. Sheridan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Middle Grades (1997), a Masters degree in Middle Grades (2003) from Armstrong State University (now GSU) as well as an Educational Specialist degree (2013) from Lincoln Memorial University. He is also a graduate of the Defense Language Institute’s Basic Russian (1980) and Intermediate Russian (1998) courses. His first career was as an Army Military Intelligence – Russian Voice Signals Intelligence Interceptor. He retired from the Army in 1994.

    Mr. Sheridan is married and has three grown sons ages 24, 29, and 334. He has one cat and a dog.

    Mr. Sheridan began his teaching career at Hubert Middle School in Savannah from December 1997 to May 1999. Then he transferred to Liberty County where he taught from 1999-2007 at Hinesville Middle School the first two years, then moved to Snelson-Golden Middle School. Mr. Sheridan and his family moved to Effingham County in 2007 and Mr. Sheridan has been teaching at ECMS since then.
