    The Bright From The Start Georgia Pre-Kindergarten program and the Effingham County School system continue to serve four-year-old children and their families in our area with an academic emphasis on school readiness.  We provide active learning experiences for the child, helping them become familiar with skills and activities through specifically designed developmentally appropriate curriculum.  Students will learn and discover through many play skills that will help prepare them for kindergarten.  
     
    Along with our Pre-K program here at ECHS we also have high school students taking course classes in childcare come into our classroom to interact with the Pre-K children; thus, making the Pre-K experience valuable for both the Pre-k students and the high school students!
