I have worked extensively in the field of Culinary Arts over the last 15 years. I have worked as a Culinary Educator with Savannah Technical College for the past 6 yrs where I continue to teach college classes. My passion and enthusiasm for Culinary Arts has been called infectious by some of my past students. I thoroughly enjoy creating and working with food and love to see the light in a students eye as they eat something they have prepared and realize that they CAN cook!
