Please complete the form below to sign your student up for a Chromebook. Only students whose parents complete the form will be issued a Chromebook for their personal use both at school and at home. Please allow 24-48 hours for requests to be processed before contacting the school. Inquiries about student access to technology at school should be emailed to email@example.com.
