Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. McKinley B. Hunter

Hi! My name is McKinley Hunter and I am one of the Agricultural Teachers and FFA Advisors at Effingham County High School. I have been teaching for 3 years and I am excited to be a part of the Rebel family!

I am originally from Chatsworth, Georgia and graduated from Murray County High School in 2016. I attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College as a member of the collegiate livestock judging team before graduating with my Associate's Degree in Animal Science in 2018. I transferred to the University of Georgia where I graduated with both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Agricultural Education. I married my high school sweetheart and we moved to south Georgia in June 2020.

In my free time I love to spend time with my dog and cat, Cooper and Baz, read, and cheer for the Dawgs!
