MRS. ASHLEY STOWE, TITLE I INTERVENTION TEACHER
Hello! My name is Ashley Stowe and I am the Title I Intervention Teacher here at Springfield Elementary School. While this is my first year as the Title I Intervention teacher, this will be my fourth year with Effingham County Schools. My previous title was Family Engagement Specialist for ECMS and SES. I am so excited to be working with your child this school year!
I graduated from a High School in South Bend, Indiana, then went to complete my Elementary Education degree from Spring Arbor University in Michigan. I ended up completing my student teaching/degree from Bethel College, Indiana and eventually planted some roots in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Where I began my teaching career and began having a family. I have taught in various capacities at the elementary level since completing my Education degree.
Teaching has been a passion of mine since I can remember and I can't imagine having any other profession than this one. I am absolutely honored to be working with children and helping them learn and grow mentally and emotionally.
My children and I made our way to Effingham County, Georgia in January 2019. I love everything about the South. Warm weather, a small community, and great schools, the beach, people and so much more! Life is truly different here and I enjoy every moment with my family.
I am a mother and wife. I married my husband,George, in May of 2021. We live in South Effingham with my two children, Jayden and Gabriella. My children attend SES and are in First and Kindergarten. On the weekends and during the summer, you can find us exploring Savannah, frequenting the beach, our neighborhood pool and traveling. We love being outdoors. I also love iced coffee, giraffes, being near water, Disney movies, amusement parks and being on cruise ships.
