    You have the responsibility to NOT eat/bring food, drinks, candy, gum, etc. by computers in the lab. If you do, it will be confiscated and thrown directly into the trash, no discussion. You may have a bottle of water but only if It has a lid. The bottle must be kept on the floor.

    Earbuds or headphones

    • Classroom computers do NOT have external speakers. 
    • Earbuds/headphones must utilize an auto jack to plug into the computers. 
    • Students will need earbuds/headphones  for:
      • audio programming
      • creation of computational artifacts
      • creations of screencasts
      • listening to tutorials
      • white noise to block distractions (when allowed)

    Depending on your note taking method for your learning style

    • We will do a lot of assignments via G Suite but as for notes, if a student would like to handwrite their notes in a notebook such as a Composition Notebook they are more than welcome. 
    • Students may also take notes digitally via G Suite, Evernote, etc.


    I will not be able to allow students to utilize class sets of items such as headphones, markers, scissors, staplers, pencils, pens, etc. due to COVID-19. Please plan accordingly.

    How to access Google Classroom:

    You can either Click Here or follow the instructions below.

    1. Go to https://www.google.com and click on the sign on in the top right corner. 
    2. Click on the menu for google apps in the top right corner beside your login avatar. Then click on the google classroom icon (it looks like a chalkboard with a person drawn on it).
    3. Assignments and instructions will be updated daily (Check the stream for my classroom as well as the classwork).
