ALL ABOUT MS. ROBINSON
I was born and grew up in Rome, Georgia as an only child. Georgia Southern University is where I got my undergraduate degree in Child and Family Development. I graduated with my Master of Arts in Teaching from Valdosta State University. Ebenezer Middle School is where I got my start as a substitute teacher, moving on to a paraprofessional for 3 years. I am beginning my fifth year of teaching 7th grade as a co-teacher. I teach science and math. I have assisted in coaching Competition Cheer and Boys Basketball. God has blessed me with three amazing children, Tren, Mollie, and Meadow who are twins. My son graduated last year and is working towards furthering his education. My twins are in 11th grade at Effingham High School. We all have a love for competitive sports! There is just too much to be thankful for in my life and this world.
This is going to be a wonderful year here at ECMS! I love my job, the teachers I work with and the school I work in. Teaching was my childhood dream, so dreams can indeed come true!! I am looking forward to working with students and seeing them grow with smiles. It is a goal of mine each day to see that I can make a difference in my student's lives, no matter how small or large. I want each student and all parents to understand that growth occurs from struggles and even failure sometimes, which we should all accept. Together with effort, we can create our own success. Children are near and dear to my heart!
