All volunteers for the 2018-2019 school year must complete the Mandated Reporter module before volunteering in the classroom, at school events, going on field trips, etc.
Step One: Go to www.compliancedirector.org
Step Two: Click on the state "Georgia"
Step Three: Click on the module titled "Mandated Reporting"
Step Four: Username: Effingham County Password: Football
Step Five: Complete the training and assessment. This should take about 20 minutes.
Step Six: When you have successfully completed the module, you will be asked to select your system's name and login again. Select "Effingham County" from the pull down box. You will then be asked to login again.

Step Seven: Enter your name, year you were born, the last four digits of your social security number, select school "Rincon Elementary," and enter your email address. A confirmation email will be emailed to you for your records. Forward the confirmation email to Mrs. Rawlins and you will be added to the approved list for parent volunteers.
