Hello!  My name is Carrie Chick, I am the art educator, yearbook adviser and the head coach for boys soccer here at Effingham County Middle School.  

This is currently my 13th year teaching and my 6th year in the Effingham County School District.   As well as an art education degree I have an art degree, both from Valdosta State University.  

I look forward to teaching your student about visual art this year.  We will work our way through the Elements of Art and the Principles of Design as these are the building blocks for the visual art curriculum.
