The State Leadership Conference provides the students with a system for recognizing excellence in performance of knowledge and skills developed by members through their CTAE classes, work-based learning opportunities, and chapter activities. This event also emphasizes good sportsmanship and the value of the knowledge and skills gained during the preparation and presentation activities.

The National Leadership Conference provides Georgia students to be recognized for their excellence at a higher level. This allows students to shine because not only have they achieved top ranking in Georgia but they can see how they rank on the national level. Words cannot describe what the student will gain from participating in a National Leadership Conference.
