Ms. Lynn Brown

My name is Lynn Brown, and I am originally from Brunswick, Ga. I have a bachelor's degree in Early Elementary Education from Armstrong State University. I began my teaching career in 1993 at Pulaski Elementary School in Savannah, and I have been at Blandford Elementary  since the doors opened in 2006. I have taught Pre-K, 5th grade, 4th grade, and 2nd grade. I have a 24 year-old son who is in graduate school  and a 19 year-old daughter who is a sophomore at UNC-Chapel Hill. Outside of school, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family.

      The school opens to students.
      The Car Rider line begins to unload and buses begin unloading students in the back of the school.

      7:10-7:30 
      Breakfast is served in the BES Cafeteria.

      7:35
      Beginning of the school day.
      Students are marked "Tardy" if they arrive at school after this time.

      Dismissal bell for car riders and Pryme Tyme. Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grade bus riders are dismissed.  
      (Pryme Tyme is the YMCA After School program housed at BES)

      2:34
      Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, First Grade, and Second Grade bus riders are dismissed.
