Practice Information

- We will be held at the old ECMS middle school from 4-6:15 Monday-Thursday.

             Students will be bused over to the old middle school after school each day. Parents will need to pick them up from the old middle school

- Students will need their own water bottle, wrestling shoes, and athletic wear. 

- The middle school students will be practising with the high school.
