My name is Lindsey Plankenhorn. I am a mom of two boys: Derrick, who will be in fifth grade, and Paulson, who will be in first. Outside of teaching, I love watching the Georgia Southern Eagles football team, running and working out, camping, fishing, watching my kids play sports and hanging out with my friends and family. I am a double Eagle (Hail Southern!) with a Masters in Special Education. This will be my 14th year teaching and I am looking forward to it!
Kristy Ward is married to Michael. They have three children: 12 year old twins, Griffin and Grady, and a 6 year old daughter, Mimi. Outside of teaching, she stays busy caravanning her children to sports. This is her second year in our classroom and she is so excited for the new school year!
Lisa Mercer is a mom of four kids. Two who are in eighth grade, one in first, and one in second. Outside of teaching, she loves to read books and relax by the pool. She also has a big sweet tooth. She can’t wait to get this year started!
