• South Effingham maintains a tradition of excellence both athletically and academically. On the athletic field, SEHS has become a fierce competitor in the 2-AAAAAA classification. This year alone, 13 student-athletes from various sports were recruited and signed a Letter of Intent to continue their athletic career at the collegiate level. During the 2021-2022 season, South Effingham earned Region Titles and playoff berths in multiple sports, and brought home two State Titles. More than half of our student-athletes earned a GPA award for maintaining an "A" average while participating in their athletic season.

    These accomplishments are not possible without the generosity of our partners. We are genuinely appreciative of the community support that our student athletes receive as they strive for greatness on and off the field.
