WELCOME TO ART!!!I am so excited about all the great things we are going to do during the 2022-2023 school year. Students will be working with a variety of materials and learning different art techniques. Our curriculum includes multicultural lessons, introductions to famous artists, recognizing art as a form of communication and expression, and identifying the elements of art and principles of design.Through your child's elementary art experience, we will be exploring different age-appropriate methods of becoming artists. I encourage all students to think outside the box. Show me something I have never seen before! All projects will help students to push their boundaries and to use their imagination. I truly believe that art has an impact on every child's life. My classroom is centered around the process of creating and being creative, not the product. Because I believe that every child is an artist.
