Hello! My name is Mrs. Williams and I am thrilled to have you in our art room!

I began my teaching career in 2012, in Texas where I was born and raised. I graduated from Texas Wesleyan University as an elementary education major and later received my art certification. Prior to teaching art, I taught in in GenEd for 7 years. My chef husband and I moved to Georgia in 2019 with our 2 boys, Gatlin and Kessler, and our collie dog, Judah. Now we have 2 cats, Brisket and Cobbler. ♥ I love using charcoal to create photorealism, as well as playing around with other mediums, like paint and chalk. When I'm not creating my own art, I enjoy relaxing at the beach, going on little adventures with my family, checking out other artists' artwork, and trying to keep my flowers alive. 

I can't wait for the exciting time we're going to have this year exploring art, mediums, culture, and artists!
