If we could take anything away from the pandemic year of 2020, it would be to truly cherish the "moments" that we have with our students and make them count while they are here in our care. We do not know what tomorrow brings, but we want to take full advantage of the instructional time we do have.

At South Effingham Elementary, we put our students in the forefront of every decision. We strive to create an environment in which every student engages in rigorous learning that meets their academic needs. We believe that learning can only occur when we cultivate strong positive relationships that encourage an academic growth mindset. South Effingham Elementary is very blessed to be surrounded by a supportive parent community that understands that student success takes a village and we appreciate the collaboration that occurs between home and school. We work together to ensure that every student is provided the best possible education.
