This form is to be used if you have encountered an accessibility issue on our website as it pertains to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504, and Title II compliance. This form is only to be used if you or your student are using assistive technology to view a website maintained by the Effingham County School District and are not able to properly view or access the information.
