Flu Vaccines - Updated Dates

The tentative schedule for flu vaccine administration for the 2024-25 school year. These dates and locations are subject to change.

10/7- BES & SEES
10/8- RES & RLC & ECCA
10/16- ECMS & ECHS
10/17- SEMS & SEHS
10/21- GES & SES
10/23- EES & EMS 
10/24- SHES & MES
 
Consent forms for 2024-25 FLU vaccines are below. You can print and send them to your nurse. Consent forms will also be sent home with your student next week (September 3-6).

If you need an additional language translation, please reach out to your school nurse.
