• Download the mobile app ( effinghamschools.parentlink.net/smartlink/  )
• turn on the calendars you would like to follow

• Navigate to the calendar on the district/school website that you want to sync with your personal calendar 

• Click on the RSS feed button for that calendar

• Click on the iCal button for the calendar you want to subscribe to. 
  • Note: If there are multiple calendars on the page, such as seen below, you can subscribe to ALL calendars on that page by clicking on the calendar on the 'All Public calendars on this page' highlighted in yellow. If you only want to subscribe to a single calendar on that page, click the iCal button next to that specific calendar you want to subscribe

• You will be prompted to select the type of calendar that you are interested in syncing the calendar to

• You will copy the URL that appears.

• if you are syncing with Google Calendar, you will open http://calendar.google.com

• Under 'Other Calendars', you will click on the plus sign ( + ) and then click 'From URL'

• You will paste in the URL and then click 'Add calendar' button

• Done
