The Effingham County School Board meets on the first Wednesday and third Thursday of each month. At times, holidays and events call for an adjustment of this schedule; these dates are noted with a description. Details for each meeting can be found on the Minutes page. Items up for discussion are pre-approved before each meeting.

If you would like permission to speak at a board meeting, you must be placed on the agenda. In order to be placed on the agenda, you must speak with the Superintendent’s office. Any agenda item must be posted 48 hours prior to the meeting.
