• Celeste Collins
     
         I received my BA from the University of Georgia in 1998 and later went on to earn my Masters in Education from Armstrong Atlantic State University.  Prior to Effingham County, I taught in Savannh-Chatham County.  I served as a Law Enforcement Boarding Officer in the United States Coast Guard before making teaching my second career.  I taught 2nd grade for several years before becoming a Reading Recovery teacher. In my spare time I love to read, spend time with my family and pet sit for neighbors.
