Welcome to a new learning experience. The COVID-19 has changed the world but we as teachers want to continue educating our students the best we can. I have been given the opportunity to teach all virtual learning classes this year. Just as we have all had to adjust to a different way of living over the past months that will not change with the school. This will be an adjustment for teachers and students as we take part in various ways of teaching this school year. I want all the parents of the students that I will be teaching this year that I will do my best to provide the best virtual learning experience that your student can receive. I will keep your students Google Classroom updated as they move through this learning experience. I will be utilizing Google Classroom, Google Meet, and Zoom meetings for each class for instructions and all assignments. This year I will be teaching 6th/8th grade PE and 7th grade Career Discovery for the VLO students.

I have also taught Physical Education at Ebenezer 7 years and at Springfield Elementary and Guyton Elementary for a combined 5 years. I have coached track, football, tennis, and baseball for Ebenezer since it opened. I coached the tennis team to 6 regional championships and 2 regional runner-ups. I was also the assistant coach for boys basketball at Effingham High School in 2001-2002. I have also coached the boy's tennis team at Effingham High during the 2001 and 2002 season. My community coaching for both the Rincon Recreation and Effingham Recreation departments included the sports of soccer, baseball, and football. I am presently working for the bus department as well, driving a bus transporting EMS students on a regular route in the A.M. and P.M.
