Effingham County Middle School believes the our Transportation Drivers play a vital role and influence the lives of our students each day, from the start of the day to the afternoon dropoffs.  ECMS acknowledges our Bus Drivers by allowing the students to have a voice and vote on the PAWSitive Bus Driver of the Month.  Students can nominate any driver that picks up or drops off students at the school.  The recognized Bus Driver should be a driver that has made a positive influence in their life or another student's life.  The nomination forms are reviewed by our PBIS team and are voted on monthly.  The driver is then given a PAWSITIVE DRIVER magnet to place on the outside of their bus as recognition.

September:  Route 109Mr. Breckenridge is our first PBIS Pawsitive Driver!  He does an AWESOME job in the classroom on a day-to-day basis and it carries over to his responsibilities as a bus driver.  Not only does he ensure students arrive safely at their location on a daily basis, he does so with a smile and a positive attitude.  Students love being in his classroom and on his bus route.  Thank you, Mr. Breckenridge, for all you do for our students on a daily basis.
