Students will need to have a 1" binder for GT.  Students should have notebook paper in the binder at all times.  Please do not remove work/papers that are 3-hole punched/clipped into the GT notebook, as we will refer back to them often.  This would be the foreign language work and research/projects that are on-going. Students should bring pencils, crayons, glue sticks, colored pencils/markers, and scissors to class.  A pencil box or zippered bag works well for carrying these supplies.  These can be the same supplies that they use in their regular classroom.  Due to Covid-19 safety measures, it is important that students have their own supplies. As a part of the GT program, students will, from time to time, work together or collaborate on projects.  Because of this, I ask that students have a mask to wear when participating in such activities.  We will certainly employ every possible safety measure during these times.  Students will not be required to wear masks througout the day, but may be asked to wear one when collaborating with others.
Students will be allowed to bring their own small, nutritious snack to GT.  Cookies, chips, and soft drinks will NOT be allowed.  Fruit, yogurt, cheese, granola bars, pretzels, cheese/peanut butter crackers, Goldfish, and popcorn are examples of acceptable snack items.  Per district policy, only see-through water bottles are allowed.
