Any student who has had or is currently in a business class can join Future Business Leaders of America.   Some of the activities that the club is involved with each year are: a canned food drive, Toys for Tots, Christmas cards for the elderly, collecting baby items, SLOTS (Summer Leadership and Officer Training Summit), Motivational Rally in Perry, Fall Leadership Conference in Athens, Region Competition, and State Leadership Competition where the winners from region compete on the state level. Our FBLA chapter also participates in fundraising for the Relay for Life and the March of Dimes. At the end of the school year members are honored for achieving their Business Achievement Awards, attending SLOTS, participating in different leadership activities, and  the seniors are presented their FBLA cords to wear at graduation. The chapter celebrates FBLA Week in February with Member Appreciation Day, Dress Professional Day, and Teacher Appreciation Day, along with many other activities.  The state theme for this year is: "Georgia FBLA: Follow Your Vision".
