• Effingham County Gifted Education: 
    Combining Rigor with Joy
     
     
          Gifted education is an integral part of Effingham County’s total education program.  Students identified as gifted are served through a variety of state-approved programming options.  Gifted students are provided a continuum of challenging learning experiences to address their sequential and developmental needs in kindergarten through 12th grade.
