• Registration 
     
    Registering early is important. It ensures that we will have information required to make effective class placement for your child. Be sure to visit the District Enrollment website for more vital enrollment and registration information.

    If your child has never attended school before, you will need to provide the following documents:

    • certified birth certificate
    • immunization record on Georgia DHR form #3231*
    • an eye, ear and dental screening on Georgia SHR form #3300*
    • Social Security card (This number is the student's identification number throughout his/her years in school.)

    • proof of residency (bill receipt, or any other document supplying name along with 911 address)

    *These documents may be obtained from the local health department

    Kindergarten Registration:
    Children entering kindergarten for the first time must be 5 years of age on or before September 1. Those entering first grade for the first time must be 6 years of age on or before September 1.

    Transferring students:
    If your child is transferring from a Georgia public school, you need to bring his/her most current report card and proof of residency. The remainder of the required documents will be requested from the previous school.
