    VISION STATEMENT:  The vision of the ECMS counseling program is to provide a comprehensive developmental counseling program which supports the personal growth and development of all students through individual counseling, group counseling and classroom guidance. 
      
    MISSION STATEMENT:   As school counselors, our mission is to support our students, administration team, teachers, parents and the community in preparing our students to be productive, successful adults by providing them with a caring and safe environment in which to enhance their academic, career and social/emotional characteristics.
