Hello! I am Ashlyn Pound Fowler. This is my third year teaching. This is my second year with the EMS family, and I will teach 6th grade Earth Science. I taught previously at Screven Christian Academy. Sports are a passion of mine. I have previously coached basketball, track, and cross country. I am excited to say that I am coaching softball at EMS this year!

I attended Effingham County High School for two years before graduating from Pinewood Christian Academy in 2015. I graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Now, I am pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching for Middle Grades Science, and soon I will be graduating and a Double Eagle!

I lived in this county for a couple of years during high school and am glad to be a resident again. My family's deep roots make Effingham County my home. I am married to the love of my life, Eli Fowler. We have two of the cutest fur babies, Bear and Oakie. We love to do anything outdoors!
