    2020-2021 COVID-19 Virtual Learning Option
    General Guidelines

As of July 2, 2020 students enrolled in the Effingham County School District will have two options for attending school for the 2020-2021 school year. Students may choose to take classes at home in a virtual environment while remaining enrolled in the Effingham County School District or they may choose to take classes in a face to face setting in the physical school building. This opportunity will only be provided for a limited period of time under the current COVID-19 conditions.

  • The online registration form will be available from
Thursday, July 2 8:00 AM through Sunday, July 19 11:59 PM.

This will allow ample time for the Effingham County School District
to ensure proper staffing and to schedule students for the necessary classes.

Any student who is not registered for the Virtual Learning Option
during the July 2 - July 19 window will continue regular face-to-face instruction.
