    The Special Programs' office includes the following Programs:
    • Title I Part A  - Elementary and Secondary Act (ESEA) 
    • Title II Part A - Highly Qualified Teachers - Improving Teacher Quality 
    • Hospital / Homebound (HHB) Services 

    Due to COVID-19, we are only offering virtual hospital/homebound services.
    Hospital/Homebound teachers will not be going into homes at this time.
