    Our mission statement:
     
    The media program of Effingham County High School exists to support, enrich, implement,
    and supplement the curriculum and educational goals of its school.  In order to achieve
    the library media center goals and objectives, our media program endorses the
    educational philosophies and policies of the Effingham County School system and
    Effingham County High School.  Our media program also reflects and supports
    intellectual freedom described in the Library Bill of Rights adopted by the American
    Library Association.
